The hotel offers a good location within walking distance to the beach and an Arabic district. The rooms lacked balconies, and the smoking guests found this inconvenient as the upgrade was not available despite empty balcony rooms observed. The service had language barriers and sly behavior, although requests were met upon insistence. The dining provided varied options, including Indian and American breakfasts. The facilities offered a spa/massage center with an indoor cafe, appealing for guests seeking relaxation.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-great experiences. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the Arabic district, which was a big advantage. However, the room had a bad smell that was not very pleasant. The service was friendly and cooperative, but there were issues with communication and offers. The dining experience lacked proper Indian breakfast options, which was disappointing. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
